Bimetallic stud connectors are designed for corona free service at 500 KV. Contact sealant is applied to threads of body and cap before assembly is sealed in plastic bag. This stud connector is designed for use with three terminals having maximum pad thickness of one inch. For appropriate compression terminals, refer to Type CCL-EHV or CCLS-EHV, ordered separately. Pad holes have NEMA spacing. To obtain stud clamping body in line with pads, omit –90 from catalog number (example: EVSF3-20-12). See Figure 2.
