Customizable Slope

Polycast 3000 Series trench drains and available with 0.5%, 0.75%, 1%, and 1.25% built in slopes. Differing slopes can be built into the system design to accommodate varying sit conditions or specifications.

 

 

These slope options affect velocity of flow as well as length of sloped run. 1.25" slope offers high fluid velocity for fast evacuation while 0.5% slopes offer continuously sloped runs of up to 240'.

Pipe Adapter End Caps

Polycast end caps are used to enclose or provide piping transitions to outlet or inlet ends of the channel whenever catch basins are not being used. End caps output to a 8" pipe. Material is ABS plastic.

Bottom Pipe Outlets

Polycast "saddle adapters" or bottom outlets provide piping transitions to multiple pipe sizes for maximum system flexibility. Connects to 4", 6", or 8" pipe. Material is ABS plastic.
