High-density polyethylene tool is designed to pick up suspension-insulator strings on electric transmission lines during live-line maintenance.

*NOTE: When tying appropriate knot in load line passed through hole above, leave enough tail to encircle insulator twice and tie back onto load line. Use only capstan hoist or winch/hoisting equipment specifically designed for the task to raise/lower insulator strings.

IMPORTANT:

1. Designed for lie line work, this tool must be visually inspected and cleaned with an appropriate agent before each use.
2. Do not use for construction procedures such as installing a string of insulators complete with traveler and ropes.
